Drawing from a term coined by Prof. Sean Kay during an IIEA address (Youtube, 29.11.19), this work explores the idea of "soft power" as a tool of statecraft utilised to influence perception and shape reality. This work explores soft power in material terms, tying together action and evaluation as a locus for discussing conditions in the present.
